Each oil has its virtues

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for the purpose of well-being, preventive and sometimes curative. Some people use them therapeutically, with the goal of treating a specific symptom. These very powerful concentrates can also allow access to serenity and relaxation.

Essential oils are a precious asset to be used sparingly. They are not only very powerful but deserve that you learn about their properties. For example, some can burn the skin, others are harmful for pregnant women and young children while others are flammable (do not put blindly in the dryer).

Here are the main properties of the oils proposed here:

If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before using this product. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. skin rash, irritation and dermatitis and/or respiratory tract irritation); if so, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
