Shipping policy
All items ordered are mailed within 48 to 72 business hours of receipt of order. They are delivered through Canada Post or other carriers. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces. Delivery fees in Canada are free for any purchase of 80$ (100$ in the United States) and more before taxes and after a promotional code (or credit). Otherwise, there is a flat fee of $10 in Canada and $15 in the US.
For international shipments (USA), the delivery time depends on the region concerned and if customs fees are applicable, they will be charged to the customer.
Please note that we are constantly trying to limit our ecological impact associated with shipping. All our shipments are made with reused material. Don't be surprised to receive a very special box!
