For hygiene reasons, there are no refunds for underwear, jewelry, cosmetics or hygiene products. Items on sale at 30% or more of the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For a refund, the item must be in perfect condition, with all its tags/boxes and not have been used. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Unless, of course, an item is defective, in which case it will be refunded or exchanged at Eco Loco's discretion as long as we are notified within 15 days of receipt.

Postal returns are at the buyer's expense.
There are no refunds at any of the pickup location. The item can be dropped off upon approval by email or phone. It will also be inspected and refunded afterwards. An order dropped off at a pick-up location is considered delivered.
