Shipping Policy

For some remote areas, delivery may take longer than 72 hours. If Canada Post is the only available carrier, we will contact you to discuss your options.

*** We have had to temporarily pause our deliveries to the United States due to increased complexity in the export process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

All ordered items are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours of receiving the order.

They are delivered via Canada Post or other carriers. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces. Shipping within Canada is free for purchases of $85 or more ($100 in the United States) before taxes and after using a promotional code (or credit). Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $10 in Canada and $15 in the United States.

For international shipments (USA), delivery times depend on the region concerned and if customs fees are applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are constantly striving to minimize our environmental impact related to delivery. All our shipments are made using recycled materials. Don't be surprised to receive a very special box!

You are welcome to collect your parcel free of charge directly from our warehouse!

If you choose this option, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.

Our opening hours:
From Tuesday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 10 days, it is your responsibility to contact us so that we can initiate the appropriate actions.

Please note that after a period of 30 days, we will no longer be able to intervene if your package has been lost by the carrier, if you have not received it, and if you have not notified us. After this period, we disclaim all responsibility for the package and no replacement will be issued.

*** Delivery times may also vary depending on when you place your order or other external factors. For example, if you order on December 25th, your package may be shipped a few days later.
