How can I make sure that the garment I ordered will fit me perfectly?

The description of each product indicates its composition (example: the fabric in which it is made) as well as a sizing chart that is specific to it. You can rely on it! Take your measurements and compare with the chart! If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you!

What is the quality of the clothes and accessories?

Eco Loco does a lot of research and is constantly learning about the impact of clothing and accessories on the environment. We choose them with care to ensure that they're durable. The clothes and accessories we choose are all first quality!

What about delivery?

Usually, all items ordered are mailed within 48 business hours of receipt of the order. They are delivered through Canada Post. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces. Delivery fees in Canada are free if picked up in store or for any purchase of 70$ and more before taxes, or 9$ in Canada and 15$ in the United States.

Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?

Yes, if you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we invite you to return it within 15 days of receipt, by following the procedure indicated under the Satisfaction Guaranteed tab.

Please note that, however, for hygienic reasons, products such as underwear, sanitary towels, earplugs and skin care products cannot be returned. Items on sale at 30% or more of the initial price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
