What are the shipping fees?
In-store pickup is free for all orders. For postal delivery, delivery costs are free in Canada for all orders of $80 or more before taxes and after promotional code. Below this $80 the fee is $10.
What is the delivery delay?
Typically, all ordered items are mailed within 48-72 business hours of receiving the order. They are delivered via Canada Post or other carrier. Please allow for a delivery time of 2 to 7 days for all Canadian provinces.

Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, it is possible to return it to us within 15 days of receipt. You can follow the procedure indicated under the Satisfaction Guaranteed tab.
Please note, however, that for hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, hygiene products and earrings cannot be returned. Items on sale at 30% or more of the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For all items, they must be in good condition, in their original packaging and not have been used. Return costs are your responsibility.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Where are items made on your store?
Although we favor items made here, the items on sale at Eco Loco come from multiple sources. You will find in the description of all the products manufactured here, an icon indicating this.
Do the items match the images?
We strive to present images that are as close to reality as possible. However, as these are photos, the items may vary slightly. Also note that for certain items, you will find a “chef’s choice” indication in the description. This indicates that the item you receive may differ in appearance from that shown in the image.
