What are the shipping costs?
Store pickup is free for all orders. For postal delivery, shipping is free in Canada for all orders of 75$ and more before taxes and after promotional code. For orders under 75$, the shipping cost is 9$.

What is the delivery time?
Generally, all items ordered are mailed within 48 to 72 business hours of receipt of the order. They are delivered by Canada Post or other carriers. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces.

Can I return an item that does not suit me?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt by following the procedure outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee section.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, hygiene products and earrings cannot be returned. Items on sale at 30% or more of the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For all items, they must be in good condition, in their original packaging and not have been used. The cost of return is your responsibility.

Gift cards are not refundable.

Where are items made in your store?
Although we favor items that are made here, the items for sale at Eco Loco come from many sources. You will find an icon in the description of all products made here indicating this.

Are the items as pictured?
We try to present you with images that are as close to reality as possible. However, as these are photos, it is possible that the items are slightly different. Also note that for some items, you will find an indication ''chef's choice'' in the description. This indicates that it is possible that the item you will receive is different in appearance from the one shown in the picture.
