How does it work?
Order directly online and a member of our team will contact you after purchase to confirm all details of your project before production. You can also write to us at info@ecoloco.ca before ordering to discuss your project, confirm your needs, or get more information on options and costs.
- Graphic design — Production templates are provided free of charge. If you need help creating or adapting your visual, a personalized graphic design service can be offered for an additional fee of $145.
- Final quantity — The quantity produced may vary by ± 3 to 5% from the quantity ordered. The difference will be invoiced or refunded upon delivery, depending on the actual quantity produced.
- Delivery — Shipping, handling, and packaging fees are extra to the product price. A personalized estimate will be established based on the items ordered and the delivery address. You can also choose your own carrier.
- Lead times — Generally allow 3 to 4 weeks for production from final proof approval. Additional delays may apply if a pre-production test is requested.
- Pre-production test — A printed sample can be produced upon request at a cost of $85, with approximately 2 additional weeks of lead time.
- Payment — The order must be fully paid before production begins. Once payment is received, no refunds, exchanges, or changes can be made to the order.
Important: All applicable additional details and costs will be confirmed with you before production.

+ Materials and manufacturing
Our bags are 100% made in Quebec, and we are proud to promote sustainability through every step of production:
Textile
Made of RecyPUL™, knitted exclusively for us in Montreal from recycled plastic water bottle fibers. Solid textiles are made of regular dyed PUL.
Zippers
YKK zippers are manufactured in Ville Saint-Laurent, ensuring exceptional quality. They are available in white or black for corporate projects.
Handles
For items with handles, these are made from fishing nets and plastic recovered from the oceans.
Labels
Woven labels are also produced in Montreal, supporting local industry.
Design
When developing the visual with our team, you work directly with our design studio.
Printing
Vivid sublimation printing is done in Quebec.
Sewing
We have our own sewing workshop, guaranteeing quality at every stage of production. We are able to produce several thousand bags and reusable items per week.
Care
Machine washable (cold or warm water) and tumble dryer safe.
+ Quantity produced
We are able to produce plus or minus 2 to 5% of the quantity ordered. The adjustment will be invoiced or refunded upon delivery.
+ Production lead times
Production times are approximately 3 to 8 weeks from the time the final proof is approved. We will contact you to confirm the production time when you place your order.
