Clays: natural treasures for skin and hair

Used for centuries, clays are valuable allies for taking care of skin and hair. Thanks to their many properties, each type of clay meets specific needs, depending on the type of skin or hair. Whether it is to purify, nourish or revitalize, there is a perfect clay for each treatment.

White clay (Kaolin) is known for its fortifying and mineralizing properties. It is ideal for dry and delicate skin as well as weakened hair. As a hair or facial mask, it nourishes and revitalizes dull hair while softening the skin, even the most sensitive. It is the clay of choice for gently moisturizing and soothing.

Pink clay, from a natural blend of white clay and red clay, is particularly softening. It acts effectively on irritated skin by nourishing it deeply, while taking advantage of the properties of white clay. This clay is perfect for restoring radiance and comfort to sensitive and reactive skin.

Montmorillonite superfine green clay is distinguished by its absorbent and regulating properties. Ideal for oily and acne-prone skin, it helps eliminate pimples while reducing excess sebum. Applied as a mask to an oily scalp, it purifies and cleanses, promoting lasting balance.

Ghassoul or rhassoul, a washing clay of Moroccan origin, is renowned for its cleansing and softening properties. It effectively removes impurities while moisturizing the skin and hair. Rhassoul is ideal for all skin and hair types, but it is particularly appreciated by dry and sensitive skin, as well as brittle and damaged hair. It restores radiance and suppleness while respecting the epidermis.

Clays are very versatile and can easily be incorporated into a skincare routine. Mix two parts clay to one part water to create a face or hair mask. They can also be used in dry shampoos, soaps or solid shampoos for natural homemade skincare.

Each sachet contains 250 grams of clay, a perfect quantity for many treatments.
